Publication Policy

1- The journal publishes research that aligns with the best practices and codes of conduct of relevant professional bodies or national and international regulatory organizations.

2- The journal is committed to supporting its academic record by adhering to the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

3- The journal avoids anything that may harm the trust in the journal and the professional integrity of scientific publication.

4- The research submitted for publication must not have been submitted to any other publication platform.

5- The research submitted for publication must not have been previously published in any form or language.

6- The research submitted for publication must be original, and the journal accepts plagiarized works.

7- The journal accepts research that explores new angles related to expanding previous research.

8- Transparency must be provided regarding the reuse of materials to avoid issues related to text recycling or plagiarism.

9- The journal does not accept studies that are divided into several parts to be submitted to multiple journals or to a single journal over different time periods.

10- The journal does not accept simultaneous or secondary publication justifications.

11- The research results must be clear and explicit.

12- The formatting of the submitted research must comply with the rules of the Arabic language and professional standards.

13- The research must contain appropriate punctuation marks and divisions in the text.

14- The journal is obligated to conduct plagiarism checks for the research to detect scientific theft and the percentage of plagiarism.

15- If scientific theft is detected in the submitted research, the researcher’s name will be recorded in the blacklist to prevent further dealings with them in order to preserve publication ethics.

16- The researcher may withdraw the paper before it is sent for evaluation, but if withdrawn after evaluation, they must pay the evaluation fees set by the journal administration.

17- The submitted research will move from one step to another after completing administrative requirements such as filling out forms and sending any required materials, if applicable.
