 Author Guidelines – Dawat Journal

The editorial board of Dawat Journal for Linguistic and Literary Studies is committed to enhancing the journal’s standing in global scientific databases and aims to increase its academic impact factor.
Accordingly, the journal publishes research papers that demonstrate scientific rigor, intellectual value, linguistic accuracy, and proper documentation, in accordance with the journal’s specific guidelines.
 Researchers and contributors are kindly requested to consult the "Researchers’ Guide" for full details and publication requirements.

 Manuscript Submission Requirements:

To ensure the acceptance of a research paper, the following conditions must be met:

  • Originality: The manuscript must not have been previously published or submitted to another journal. If there are exceptional circumstances, they should be explained in the "Comments to the Editor" section.

  • File Format: Manuscripts should be submitted in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF formats.

  • References: Wherever possible, URLs for references should be provided.

  • Text Formatting:

    • Single-spaced

    • 12-point font size

    • Italicized text should be used instead of underlining (except for URLs)

  • Tables and Illustrations: All tables, figures, and illustrations should be embedded within the text in their appropriate locations, not at the end of the manuscript.

  • Stylistic and Bibliographic Requirements: The manuscript must adhere to the stylistic and bibliographic standards outlined in the journal’s Researchers’ Guide.
